Our History

The East African Leadership Institute (EALI) was established to meet the region's need for qualified human resources. Authorized by ministerial ordinance n°610/1760 of September 19, 2016, EALI now trains professionals across several faculties and institutes.

Since its founding, the institution has grown steadily to become a reference in northern Burundi, with three campuses in Muyinga, Ngozi and Kayanza, offering programs aligned with the LMD system.
